Worship, Prayer and Ritual explores expressions of the spiritual dimension of human life in a variety of cultures and contexts. It examines some of the patterns of ritual and worship found in religions with particular attention to the Christian traditions and evaluates the impact of those patterns on Irish society and culture. In keeping with the intention of the syllabus, it encourages an openness to personal spiritual development.
